Paula takes her first solo cover ever on the Winter edition of Giant magazine. My heart stopped a bit when I saw this shoot, she looks amazing! I will go ahead and say it’s definitely my favorite Paula shoot of all time. A behind the scenes video is supposed to be coming to the magazine’s website soon. Furthermore Miss Patton is in the November Allure. Scans of both mags will be coming soon!       |

Paula Patton is Bille Holiday. As an aspiring singer, Holiday suffered sexual abuse, struggled with a drug habit and encountered racism everywhere. But the late Lady Day—one of the first African American women to sing with an all-white orchestra—translated all of that pain into some of the most achingly personal songs ever recorded. Both of Paula’s late 2008 films Swing Vote and Mirrors have been released to Region 1 DVD, yesterday. I will be making caps of both movies when they reach my door step! Hopefully they will arrive sometime next week. |

Paula is featured inside the January 2009 issue of Allure magazine, Eva Mendes is on the cover. She along with other beautiful actresses like Kate Mara and Emma Stone are given some quirky make-overs and photographed for the issue. Paula’s picture is just gorgeous, don’t you think? |

In addition to the previously announced Mirrors, Swing Vote will be released on DVD January 13, 2008 as well! The movie may be pre-ordered at Amazon.

Paula was featured in InStyle September 2008 (Uma Thurman cover). I just now managed to obtain this, although I did came close to grabbing it twice a few months ago! If I had only known! Anyways Paula looks gorgeous in the fun fall shoot – and in my favorite color: pink, no less!       |

I believe Keanu Reeves said it best when he said “Woah.” … and I can tell you that was the first thought that sprung to my mind when I saw these new scans of Paula from the August issue of Esquire. This shoot is to rather heart stopping! I’ve added these scans by ‘mrpickem’ to the gallery. I will replace them with our own when I grab a copy of the mag. Happy viewing!     |

Amazing news! Paula will be on a talk show next month to promote Swing Vote and Mirrors. I’m so excited! I will be checking out all the talk shows next month in the hopes she will be scheduled, I’ll be posting on the site the alerts. So check back. The trailer for Mirrors debuted the other day like mentioned and we get to see a lot of Paula! I totally love her look in the movie and I’m a big Alexandre Aja fan so I’m really looking forward to this one on August 15! I really like it’s a bit darker material for her too. In more trailer news, I just saw the preview for Swing Vote (due out in August 1st) is also online here. Yay! Two Paula films in one month :D. I will likely see this one although it doesn’t really appeal to me outside of Miss Patton, but of course more Paula makes me happy so I’m there either way! And lastly our girl is in the new WWD Scoop magazine. I just picked it up today and I will be scanning this tomorrow after work. It features a new pic and article! |
