I just learned Paula Patton recently signed on to a new film entitled Swing Vote which is currently filming in New Mexico. Her character’s name is Kate Madison and the cast includes Kevin Costner, Dennis Hopper, Stanley Tucci, Kelsey Grammer and several others. The story is about a remarkable turn-of-events, resulting in the presidential election coming down to one man’s deciding vote. The feature will be directed by Joshua Michael Stern. I have added the photoshoot Miss Patton took for Los Angeles Confidential magazine in 2006, Unfortunetly the set is tagged but still Paula is so stunning!

Paula is in the July 2007 issue of Vibe magazine, 50 Cents is on the cover. It’s the sexiest people issue and Paula ranks at number #3! Beyonce was is number one.

I’ll try to pick this up to scan later this week. If anyone already has the magazine and can scan it don’t forget to send it my way.

I just wanted to make a quick note to say the site isn’t abandoned, While Paula hasn’t been out since my last update I have been extremely busy and unable to make any other updates, if anything new on Paula comes up I’ll be sure to post about it.

The site has originally meant to just serve as a small Paula Patton tribute but I have been feeling like I want to expand the site, so later this summer I will expand this website into a larger tribute with more info, media, photos etc and move to it’s own domain. Paula and her main man attended the Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art last night. She looked absolutely stunning. I have yet to discover the designer of her gown so if you know an e-mail would be appreciated. I also added some photos from two events this month I had yet to add.

Paula Patton and husband Robin Thicke are both featured in People’s most beautiful people in the world list 2007. To my knowledge this is her very first appearance! Thanks to Qua for the heads up.

In the article it mentions that Paula and Robin have been together for an amazing 14 years and married for 2! And that she is 31, which was unknown until now. It’s very brief but very cute and worth the read!

Coming to dvd tomorrow April 23 is Deja Vu. Here is a DVD review which might make you intrigured to give it a rent. I know I will.

I’m really impressed by the ‘Surveillance Window’ feature on the Deja Vu DVD. Set the Surveillance Window feature to on and then start the film (the commentary track with director Tony Scott, producer Jerry Bruckheimer and writer Bill Marsilii will begin). As specific scenes (including the ferry explosion and split-time car chase) take place, behind-the-scenes featurettes will give viewers an in-depth look at different aspects of the production.

Paula’s husband musician Robin Thicke was on The Oprah Show on thursday, he was performing and Paula was there to show her support. I have added a video of it as well as screencaps. Thanks Netjean to for the clip. She was so adorable as she talks about how proud she is over Robin, she started tearing up.
